1. Cracking of grinding wheel
Question 1: When the grinding wheel hole is small or the shaft is large, it is hard to install
Solution: Grinding wheel holes and shafts can be installed smoothly, not hardly.
Question 2: uneven support of the flange (flange bending; lead hole layer protruding; flange burr; grinding wheel surface uneven)
Solution: The left and right sides of the grinding wheel flange must be finished to the correct and smooth size specified, the plane part of the grinding wheel is processed accurately, and the lead irrigation hole layer cannot be protruded from the plane.
Question 3: The tightening force of the nut is too large
Solution: Excessive force on the tightening nut of the flange will cause the flange to be twisted, and the local force of the grinding wheel will be large, so it should be tightened properly
2. The linear speed of the grinding wheel is too large
Problem: When the rotation speed of the grinding wheel shaft is too high, when using a grinding wheel with a larger diameter than the conventional grinding wheel
Solution: Change the speed of the grinding wheel shaft so that the linear speed of the grinding wheel is within the range of the highest linear speed or use a grinding wheel with a small diameter
3. When the unbalance of the grinding wheel is too large
Question 1: The balance check of the grinding wheel manufacturer is insufficient
Solution: Recalibrate the balance on the balance frame
Question 2: The grinding wheel contains a part of water
Solution: Grinding surface is idling while water injection is stopped
4. The strength of the grinding wheel is not good enough
When using the side of the grinding wheel, the use surface of the grinding wheel is specified. It is strictly prohibited to use the grinding wheel other than the side for grinding.
